However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your eligible items for a full refund or exchange within the specified timeframe.

Returns

  • Return Period: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required for all return requests.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Customized or personalized products.
    • Any items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.
    • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way.
  • Return Process:

    2. Provide Information: Please include your order number, the reason for return, and any necessary photographs of the item(s) in your email.
    3. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization form and instructions on how to return your item(s).
    4. Package and Ship: Securely package the item(s) you wish to return and include the completed return authorization form. Ship the package to the address provided in the authorization form. We recommend using a trackable shipping service with shipping insurance, as EmbroPrint cannot be held liable for lost or undelivered return packages.
  • Return Shipping Fees:

    • EmbroPrint Error: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product), EmbroPrint will cover 100% of the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label for this purpose.
    • Customer Returns: For all other return requests, the customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
  • Refunds:

    • Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item(s), we will send you an email notification confirming the approval or rejection of your refund request.
    • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.  
  • Exchanges:

    • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team. We will facilitate the return of your original item and arrange for the shipment of the replacement product. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Defective or Damaged Items:

    • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately and provide photographs of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our policy.
