  • We assume no responsibility for any infringement caused by your submitted artwork or images.
  • You agree to indemnify Embroprint for any claims arising from the unauthorized or unlawful use of logos, trademarks, or copyrighted materials on your ordered products.

6. Clip Art

  • Clip art on the website is either Embroprint property or licensed from third-party vendors.
  • Designs created using our clip art are not your exclusive property.

7. Color Accuracy Disclaimer
